Hailing from one of Nicaragua’s only specialty coffee estates with a fully integrated supply chain, this natural process offering is planted, produced, harvested, processed, and exported all at origin, guaranteeing quality & traceability.

This estate is on the edge of an important biological reserve in the Jinotego region, Datanli el Diablo. “The farm is characterised by it’s micro climates, its shade trees and its volcanic soil. In the end we obtain very special coffee qualities, and we describe the coffee profiles as very balanced and sweet, with good acidity, body and complex aromas.” (La Bastilla Coffee)
